From the service design point of view, we turn our attention from the service to the process creating it. We explore how to understand customer needs, conceptualize a new service, iterate it , and deliver the service to the customer combining analogue and digital means.
You are warmly welcome to learn more about the topic in Introduction to service design, held in two parts on Thursday 18.02.2021 at 8.30-12.00 and Thursday 25.02.2021 at 8.30-12.00.
In the first part, we learn about service design principles and process. Moreover, we train them through a case example and get your hands dirty by planning how to apply service design in your context.
In the second part, we continue where we left off. We review your learning from the homework and learn about the three key tools used in service design: profiles, customer journeys, and design blueprints. Again, we apply both theory and practise, and you have a chance to practice what you learned in your context.
The sessions are facilitated by Solita’s service design lead, Lauri Lukka (M. Arts & Design, M. Psych)
